PROMIST d.o.o. has bought DP ”Hrastovaca” from Pozarevac on an auction held on 27.03.2009. The main company business is growing wheat and other crops, also it is in the farming business, production, finishing and selling of grain products.
PROMIST D.o.o. bought – “N I T” AD – Novi Sad
On the 23.02.2009 we have signed the contract with the privatization agency for acquiring movable and unmovable assets of “NIT” AD, Novi Sad that was under bankruptcy. By doing that, PROMIST d.o.o. acquired 90 000m2 of land in the industrial zone of Novi Sad (1,5km from the train station, 3km from the harbor with access to the DTD canal), which is home to 20 000m2 of built industrial, office and warehouse objects.
Building and investing
PROMIST d.o.o. has, from February 2009, became an 100% owner of the ALBOI PROMIST d.o.o. company. By that, PROMIST has expanded its business, which now includes investment building of apartments and office buildings, for now on the territory of Belgrade. As one of the main orientation in the work of PROMIST increasing exports. In 2008. year made the export of agricultural products in the amount of EUR 500,000 and only for the first two months of 2009, which made the export of agricultural products as a fertilizer in the amount of EUR 1,200,000.
